Choice Hotel employees can now access their accounts by utilizing the designated Choice Central employee login page. Upon arriving at the login page employees will see that the login process will require that they enter a User Name and password. After entering the User Name and password into the appropriate fields, employees will need to hit the Continue button in order to proceed with logging into Choice Central.
Employees who have outdated passwords that are in need of changing can click on the Change My Password link to be directed to a page where they will need to enter their User Name, current password, and new password to complete the change. Employees that have forgotten their passwords altogether will need to click the Reset Password link and enter their User Names to begin the password reset process. Any employee looking to make a change to the challenge answers to their security questions will need to click the Modify Challenge Responses link and then enter their User Name and password. Employees that are not General Managers should make note that they will need to contact their General Managers to have their Choice Central passwords changed. Franchise owners or General Managers that have forgotten their User Name or password should contact Choice Hotels Property Support Department at 1-800-528-3118 for United States, Canada, and Caribbean properties only. International hotels should contact their local Property Support Office for help with password problems. Qualified vendors that cannot recall their User Names or password should pick up the phone and contact their Account Manager in the Procurement Services Department.
